The hosts, Jane and Keith, were exceptional hosts. The place was quiet and homely, providing a feeling of home away from home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm, and cosy. The breakfast was generous, freshly prepared, and included everything we could want. The location was convenient and close to the town center.

Very quiet and extremely comfortable room with a pleasant garden view. Great breakfast with a different variety each morning. Enjoyed the use of the guest lounge in the evening. Host very knowledgeable on the local sites and gave great information on our arrival.

Walk into restaurants and shopping area was further than expected and extremely poorly lit.

Had a great weekend away at a lovely place. Enjoyed the local attractions and restaurants, all in a very convenient location. Our hosts were welcoming and provided us with great suggestions. The garden was beautiful and we loved the quaint little table and chairs in our spacious and comfortable room. Breakfasts were a highlight, with a communal table, nice music and delicious food. We also appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee facilities in our room.

Honestly, we cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. It was a wonderful escape and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable weekend away.

The hosts were wonderful, very helpful but not intrusive. The rooms were lovely, the guest lounge was very comfortable, with everything you needed available. A wonderful B&B that will would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

It was conveniently located, only a short distance from shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space, with cozy beds and nice bathrooms. The hosts were friendly and offered helpful suggestions on things to do. Breakfast was nice, with homemade jams and a great menu with lots of options.

The outdoor area could have been improved, as there wasn't much seating available and it could have been better maintained.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering great advice on places to visit in this city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-kept, including a lovely lounge area where I was offered sherry/port. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options to choose from. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional.

Had a great time during our New Year's stay! Loved the variety of breakfast options, especially the daily hot breakfast specials. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the busy center but still in a quiet area. Plus, the hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, offering helpful suggestions for local experiences.

The guesthouse facitities were excellent, small things like complimentary port & sherrry! Food was outstanding, as were the room facilities & comfort. The owners Keith & Jane were extremely helpfull - places to eat out, & venues to visit, nothing was too much trouble for them. A truly exceptional place to stay. 100%
